A very understandable question that will rightly transgress the mind of any reader is what is this blog all about. The diverse nature of my writings makes it further complicated to reach an answer for that question, well, truth be told I am as clueless as you. I started this blog with the simple aim to get in the habit of writing, I had no explicit end goal in mind, it was left for a later time to deliberate upon. However I have come to terms with the fact that this “later time” might never come.
It is my firm believe that law dictates the very ideological mindset of people and this is achieved over a period of time due to conventions tacitly established and subsequently incorporated hence it is imperative to understand the historical background or as we call it jurisprudence. Hence very often there is an element explaining the historical undertones of the law in discussion, this is also the raison d’être for my Constitutional Lawgic series where I try to decipher why the framers of the Indian Constitution decide upon incorporating a certain provision instead of the other, this calls for a deeper thought than we often accord it for the simple reason that our Constitution is an eclectic and a living document. Other than this you can expect writings upon contemporary legal issues my focus is usually to highlight aspects that often go unnoticed.
Lastly, I will like to thank you, the reader, from the very bottom of my heart for devoting your precious time to read my writings, I genuinely try my hardest to make it worth your time and effort. I am always open to a dialogue- your criticism, views, suggestions, topics you want me to write on (I notice a few international readers, I would love to read and present my views on any legal aspect of your country that you bring to my notice) or just a comment literally anything-please feel free to contact me, I am all ears.
